Haven Pointe a gem among many.
Living at Haven Pointe has been a worthwhile experience. Rent matches what the going rate for apartments are at this point ... of time, and what you will find is apartments with well thought planning. Not to mention the staff here does a great job keeping us posted to what is going on around us,. There is an ongoing constant improvement in the past few months our pool &spa has been upgraded, there is a fence in dog run area, Yes some pets are allowed, throughout the apartments green spaces you will find pet waste stands. What else to tell, lets see a picnic area with grill for all of us to use, basketball hoop and the pathway (sidewalks) are great for anyone wanting to do walking. For public school students the public school buses have a pick up and drop off right next to Haven Pointe and speaking of children a great playground too. This place has a swimming pool, hot tub, gym facility, laundry room. Management is very wonderful. They listen and do everything ... they can to fix the situation if there's a problem. Exceptional grounds
Every time I visit the apartments the grounds are kept very well all the garbage is always picked up and the area where the ... garbage bins are located are kept exceptionally clean.
