Pet Policy

Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

Refundable Pet Deposit: $400 per pet

We do not have a one-time pet fee

Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet

We do not have a weight limit.

Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted.

The following breed restrictions apply:We do not allow Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Bull Terriers (American Bulldogs), Chow Chows, Dalmatians Dobermans, German Shepherd's, Great Danes, Karelian Bear Dogs, Pit Bull (American Pit-Bill Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Presa Canarias, Rottweilers, Shar Pei, Siberian Huskies, St. Bernhards and Wolf Hybrids, or any other b reed mixed with these breeds.
Poisonous Animals; Tarantulas and Piranhas, and exotic animals - Reptiles (Snakes, Iguanas, ), Ferrets, Skunks, Squirrels, Rabbits and Birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Macaws) or any other animal where local, state or federal law prohibits keeping such an animal as a pet. All animals must have prior approval before being brought onto the premises

Non-Smoking Community

To promote a healthier living space for all our residents, we are a non-smoking community. No smoking will be permitted on premises, units, or common areas.  All areas within 25 feet of any window, structure, or any private buildings are designated as non-smoking.
